The first event scheduled by Cedar Cove Association (CCA) is Cedar Cove Days, which will be presented in Port
Orchard, August 26-30, 2009. Harlequin Enterprises, LTD of Toronto, Canada, Debbie Macomber, the City of Port
Orchard, Kitsap Bank, and other local entities have taken active financial roles in supporting this inaugural event.
Debbie Macomber and her staff have committed to making Cedar Cove Days a huge success.

Sponsorships are being actively sought to support this event which will attract Debbie’s thousands of fans to the
northwest and specifically to Cedar Cove, i.e., Port Orchard. By supporting this event, you will provide the much needed
funds to bring economic vitality and status to our local communities. As a non-profit charity, Cedar Cove Association has
developed an operational model that will draw on local organizations as the volunteer backbone of the event. In turn, CCA
will donate to the participating groups thus providing financial support to their missions as well.
This is a win-win situation for our entire community.

The event will benefit from Debbie Macomber’s huge success, her following, and her passion for literacy and
benevolent causes--Cedar Cove Association will donate to the Friends of the Library, and the Kitsap Literacy Council.
All sponsors will receive recognition on the CCA website. Sponsorships of $1000 or more will additionally receive an
acknowledgment in the official Cedar Cove Days program. Sponsorships of $2,500 or more will also receive name
recognition throughout the weekend. Sponsorships at the $5,000 level will receive the benefits previously listed plus an
invitation to Debbie’s VIP Reception. Finally, Gold and Platinum sponsors will receive additional acknowledgments, an
autographed book from Debbie, and VIP seats at one of the Gala events.

The sponsorship levels are as follows:
Platinum at $10,000 or more
Gold at $7,500 to $10,000
Silver at $5,000 to $7,500
Bronze at $2,500 to $5,000
Copper at $1,000 to $2,500
Friends of Cedar Cove Days at $25 to $1000
