Lodging
Welcome to Cedar Cove Days Lodging.
Peruse the options below to make your reservations for our Cedar Cove Days event. We have blocked nearly 1000 rooms in the local area to make your stay convenient and memorable. For special treatment and tracking by organizers, please remember to tell your hotelier that you are here for Cedar Cove Days.

As much as we would like for all of you to be able to stay here in Port Orchard that would be impossible as we have less than 150 rooms nearby. So if your desire is to be just down the street, hurry and call the Comfort Inn (sold out) on the downtown waterfront, or the
Days Inn which is about five minutes away and just off the freeway.

Also in Port Orchard we have the lovely
Cedar Cove Inn and Mrs. Howe's B&B, (sorry, both are sold out) and Hidden Treasures B&B. If you want to stay near the action, consider these establishments but other options can be found through the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce
and at Little Clam Bay B&B (sold out).

Just 15-25 minutes down the road are the communities of Bremerton, Gig Harbor, and Silverdale. Bremerton has two large facilities, one of which is on their downtown waterfront, the Hampton Inn, with access to Port Orchard via the historic MV Carlisle II foot ferry that is just a 10 minute crossing. Just a bit up the road is the newly remodeled Comfort Inn & Suites.

For other Bremerton establishments, check with the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce.

In Silverdale we have the new Oxford Suites Hotel and the nearby Oxford Inn. On the water we have the Silverdale Beach Hotel. In addition, there are others that you might consider, accessed through the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce.

In Gig Harbor there are two large inns, Wesley Inn and The Inn at Gig Harbor, both of which are a short drive to Port Orchard. In addition, there is the lovely Waterfront Inn set right on the bay, several B&B's and smaller establishments which can be accessed through the Chamber.

Poulsbo is just 35 minutes from Port Orchard and is known as the "Little Norway on the Fjord." Nestled in a lovely valley, this authentic Norwegian community invites you to experience nature's beauty, Scandinavian hospitality and old world charm. Poulsbo Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express and the Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce offer restful lodging should you choose this picturesque and charming location.

Other Peninsula locations within 45-50 minutes include Bainbridge Island and some more resort oriented facilities such as the 5-star Alderbrook Resort and Spa along the Hood Canal. Bainbridge Island alone has over 35 bed and breakfast establishments. Consider using the Kitsap Peninsula Visitor's and Convention Bureau website for additional possibilities.

For those of you who plan on bringing your RV's or just want to camp, we have 60 RV spaces at a private club located just 10 minutes down the road. This entire venue has already been reserved for our Cedar Cove attendees. Besides RV's, there are several State Parks in the area but, being summer, they will go fast, so get busy and click on this link,
Washington State Parks.

If a State Park is going to be your choice here are some recommendations within 30 minutes: Scenic Beach State Park, Belfair State Park, Twanoh State Park, and Penrose Point State Park. If you are willing to drive a little further, the choices are unlimited.

If you decide to stay further out, Seattle or Tacoma are options. Here are a few suggestions in Seattle: the Seattle Marriot Waterfront, the Seattle Alexis Hotel and the Seattle Edgewater Inn Hotel, a Seattle landmark hotel where the Beatles stayed during their historic concert tours in the 60’s. Each is just a 15 minute walk or trolley ride to the Bremerton ferry.

Also consider The Inn at the Market, a boutique sized Inn located in the world famous Pike Place Market; also just a 15 minute walk or bus to the Bremerton ferry.

If you want to be pampered, you will love the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, the only AAA Five Diamond Hotel in Seattle; just a 5 minute limo ride to the Bremerton ferry.

These are just a sampling of what you will find in Seattle lodging, all a very enjoyable ferry ride(s) away from Cedar Cove Days! Tacoma has many options as well and is about 50 minutes to Port Orchard by car across the Narrow’s Bridge. Try the Tacoma-Pierce County Visitors Bureau for possible choices.
