Happy New Year!
2009 is nearly here. Cedar Cove experienced a white Christmas, but with warming temperatures, most of the snow has melted away. Now we are back to work getting ready for Cedar Cove Days which takes place in just 8 months!
Later in January, we will be offering tickets for the latest event, An Up Close Chat with Debbie. This will be a wonderful opportunity to hear about the Cedar Cove Series, past present and future, and will take place on Saturday afternoon prior to the character parade and sock hop. The tickets will make for a great Valentine gift so keep an eye open for the date they go on sale.
Speaking of great gifts, any of the tickets now being offered may be purchased for your friends or family through our gift certificate link. Just follow the instructions and we will send a lovely little package with a great big surprise.
The tickets now on sale are:
The Gala Cruise with Debbie to Kiana Lodge
The Cedar Cove Series Bus Tours
The Victorian Rose Tea Room Teas with Debbie
Birthdays, Anniversaries & Valentine's Day are all perfect occasions to send Cedar Cove Days gift tickets.
Have a very Happy New Year and see you in Cedar Cove!

New This Week!
Bus Tours and Gift Certificates!
Tis the season to celebrate...and we are helping you to do so with the "Gift of Cedar Cove" by offering gift certificates
just in time for the holidays.
In addition, the Cedar Cove Series Bus Tours are now on sale.
Talk about fun!
Not only will you see the sights of Cedar Cove
and the surrounding areas, (all mentioned in Debbie's books),
but we have some lovely surprises for you as well.
One just never knows what characters may be spotted while traveling on the Cedar Cove Days express nor whom will be serving as your tour guide. Let me give you one tiny hint; it may be someone very close to Debbie.
That being said, reserve your seat soon so you won't miss seeing Cedar Cove in all it's glory and give the gift of Cedar Cove to your loved one this holiday season.

Who is organizing Cedar Cove Days?
This week, we had a question about who is putting on Cedar Cove Days and who will benefit from this event. We are happy to say Cedar Cove Association, the organizers of Cedar Cove Days, is a nonprofit corporation whose purpose is promoting and sponsoring events that benefit the community through the advancement of literacy, education and economic vitality.
Contributions from the proceeds of Cedar Cove Days will be made to the Literacy Council and to The Library. In addition, many nonprofit organizations will be partnering with Cedar Cove Association to help put on events that are sure to please all of our guests.
We thank Debbie Macomber for giving us her blessing and for the generous contributions she has made to our small town.

The high teas are selling the most quickly so if you would like to make sure you have a place at Debbie's table for high tea, please do not hesitate to purchase your tickets soon. We have heard from many of you asking about the possibility of purchasing event tickets as gifts for friends and family. What a great idea! We are in the process of creating a lovely gift presentation package just in time for the holidays. Keep an eye on the news page for updates.

Four separate teas will be offered, with Debbie speaking about her beloved Cedar Cove Series and giving out an autographed copy of her 9th book, "9 Pacific Place."
